Revamp Services – How It Works
At Icul Hair & Beauty, we offer professional wig revamp and styling services designed to restore your wig and bring it back to life.
Our goal is simple: to give your wig a fresh, neat, and beautiful finish while maintaining the quality of your hair.
Our Stylists
All stylists listed on this platform are verified and work with Icul Hair & Beauty.
By booking through this platform, you agree that:
- All services are carried out under the supervision of Icul Hair & Beauty
- We are responsible for service delivery and quality control
- Communication may be done directly with your selected stylist for convenience
How the Revamp Process Works
You can revamp your wig in two ways:
1. Walk-In Service
You can visit our location and have your wig serviced directly.
2. Delivery / Waybill Option
You can send your wig to us from anywhere.
Please note:
Clients are responsible for delivery costs (to and from our location)
Ensure your wig is properly packaged to avoid damage during transit
Once we receive your wig:
We inspect it
Confirm the service required
Begin revamp process
Notify you when it is ready
Ship back or arrange pickup
Service Time
Processing time depends on:
Wig condition
Type of service requested
We will always communicate timelines clearly before starting.
IMPORTANT TERMS (PLEASE READ)
To ensure fairness and protect both you and us, the following conditions apply:
1. Wig Condition Responsibility
We are not responsible for:
Extremely damaged wigs
Old or weak lace tearing during styling
Shedding due to poor wig quality
Some wigs cannot be fully restored depending on their condition.
2. Result Expectations
We will always do our best to achieve your desired look.
However:
Final results may vary depending on the wig quality and condition
We do not guarantee exact replication of reference photos
3. No Refund After Service Completion
Once a service has been completed:
Payments are non-refundable
Adjustments can be discussed within a reasonable time
This protects against cases where services are completed but later disputed unfairly.
4. Uncollected Wigs
Any wig not picked up within an extended period may attract storage fees.
After a long period of no communication, we reserve the right to resell or dispose of the wig.
5. Delivery Risks
While we handle your wig with care:
We are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by delivery companies
Clients are advised to use reliable delivery services
6. Hygiene & Cleanliness
We reserve the right to refuse wigs that are:
Extremely dirty
Infested or unsafe to handle
7. Pricing Transparency
All service prices are clearly listed below this page.
No hidden charges will be added without your consent.
8. Communication & Approval
Before starting major work:
We may contact you for confirmation
Failure to respond on time may delay your service.
9. Client Responsibility
Clients must:
Clearly state what they want
Provide accurate instructions
Respond to messages promptly
Poor communication can affect final results.
